Building Ai247.id – AI Support Platform

I designed and developed Ai247.id, an AI-powered omnichannel customer support platform that automates 24/7 conversations for businesses across website and messaging channels. My work covered the backend architecture, real-time messaging engine, WhatsApp and other channel integrations, LLM-based chatbot behavior, and internal tools for managing conversations and basic analytics.
