Building Ai247.id – AI Support Platform
I designed and developed Ai247.id, an AI-powered omnichannel customer support platform that automates 24/7 conversations for businesses across website and messaging channels. My work covered the backend architecture, real-time messaging engine, WhatsApp and other channel integrations, LLM-based chatbot behavior, and internal tools for managing conversations and basic analytics.
Payload CMS Landing Page
Rebuilt a professional web hosting landing page inspired by SupportHost Shared Hosting, migrating all content from WordPress to Payload CMS. Delivered a fully responsive UI with pricing tables, feature sections, and CTAs — maintaining the original content structure while improving performance and long-term maintainability.

A personal portfolio website built with a modern, performance-first stack. Developed using Svelte 5 for reactive, compiler-optimized UI with minimal runtime overhead, styled with Tailwind CSS for rapid, utility-first design. Content is managed headlessly through Prismic, enabling flexible, structured content updates without touching code. The site is deployed on Cloudflare Workers, delivering near-instant global response times via edge computing with zero cold starts.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Plugin for Payload CMS
Developed a Payload CMS plugin (payload-ga-4) that embeds GA4 analytics dashboards and widgets inside the admin panel using Google Service Account authentication. The plugin supports flexible widget placement across dashboards, collections, and globals with customizable timeframes.
